Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain the fundraising database and other fundraising documents.
- Enter and update donor commitments, contributions and correspondence in the fundraising database.
- Complete data entry, reporting, and tracking related to fundraising and compliance, ensuring information is organized, updated, and accurate.
- Prepare and mail acknowledgement letters and resolicitations to donors.
- Conduct donor research, including identifying prospect and upgrade targets.
- Draft call sheets, briefing documents for events, and other donor materials.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, including tracking RSVPs and staffing in-person events.
- Assist with scheduling and note taking for meetings and events when needed.
- Staff fundraising call time and organize all necessary follow up for the candidate in Santa Fe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience is desired. Fundraising, event planning, campaign, or political experience is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can work well under pressure, with a variety of people, and on multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and fundraising databases is a plus.
- Ability to travel to Santa Fe weekly and around the state for events as needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
