Northridge Electric a division of Burgos Group is currently seeking full-time Journeyman Electricians to work in Albuquerque and surrounding area. Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries. Must perform role with a high degree of safety.
Responsibilities Include:
Figuring layout, installations and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment, such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
Installing, connecting, testing, and sustaining electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, and communications.
Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or GED;
Current Electrician License;
Two (2) years of previous electrical experience;
Positively identify colors of wires;
Comprehends drawing and reading blueprints and schematics;
Ability to use power and hand tools;
Working knowledge of applicable electrical and design codes;
Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
Good communication, both oral and written, skills;
Awareness of operational safety requirements in work environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulations;
Must be customer-service driven.
