Come join us! Supportive Care is a rapidly growing behavioral health company. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of mental health services to vulnerable, disabled and at-risk elderly residents.
We are specialized in serving the geriatric population of Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities and Rehabilitation Centers throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Texas and Ohio.
In our effort to address the wide range of needs facing the senior community, we have created a framework with an extensive network of professionals, providing a full spectrum of care.
Our network includes psychologists, clinical social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Flexible Work Schedule
Supportive Care offers full-time and part-time positions to our clinician :
You are not required to work based on the facility needs
We give you the option to create your own schedule between 9 am and 7 pm Monday Friday
You have the option to work at one or multiple facilities
Minimum daily hours required are 5 consecutive hours

Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Focus on resident’s care without overhead hassles
We build you the caseload (no need for cancellations or referrals)
We complete all billing, insurance, credentials, authorizations and administrative work
We created a unique app that can be downloaded to a phone, computer or tablet to make documentation and paperwork fast and easy
Responsibilities
You will provide psychotherapy to residents who may suffer from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders or trauma-related disorders
You will observe residents behavior and assess needs
You will collaborate with facility staff to create treatment strategies
You will document your notes electronically through our customized app
Compensation rates :
LCSW $300.00 to $400.00 a day

Requirement
Must have at least 6 month to a year providing psychotherapy
Must be a Clinical Social Worker
Must be Licensed in New York State
