Full time and long term Office Assistant needed for small, fast-paced construction company located just south of Albany.
Skills:
Some QuickBooks experience necessary, willing to teach the right candidate
Some accounting greatly encouraged
Knowledge of general construction a plus
Knowledge in Word and Excel a plus
Organization and Multi-tasking is a MUST!
Ability to work with and take direction from others
Reliable
Friendly customer interaction
Job Requirements:
Assist office manager as needed
Answering phones
Filing
Some accounting possible
Hours would be Monday thru Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Vacation after one (1) year of employment. Health care offered.
