Appointment receptionist

Job Summary: The Appointment Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers.

MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or individual.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients.

Handle inquiries from clients and provide information as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Ensure the reception area is stocked with necessary supplies.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.

Additional Skills:

Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Spanish) are a plus.

Familiarity with scheduling software or systems.
