The inside sales rep will be responsible for all customer service duties including but not limited to taking orders; problem resolution; maintaining customer relations and seeking out new business. Must be able to work autonomously as well as with a team; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; must be extremely accurate and organized. Solid computer knowledge including EXCEL, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Experience in customer service and distribution is highly desirable.
