We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Albany, NY location. This position services customers with information, product exchanges or repairs in a timely, helpful friendly manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional level of customer service
Handle a large volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts and service
Work to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer’s language
Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
Provide important communications link between customers and technicians
Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing availability and applications
Job Requirements:
Experience with heavy duty parts and bulk equipment is a big plus
Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position

Compensation Range: $23 - $26 hour
