POSITION: MECHANICAL ENGINEER
LOCATION: Albany, NY
COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Capital District consulting engineering firm specializing in industrial engineering and construction for the energy, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mineral processing, and plastics industries.
QUALIFICATIONS: Mid to Senior level engineer/designer with 3-5 years’ experience in industrial and chemical facility environments. Candidate should be familiar with industrial equipment, piping systems, piping and instrument diagrams, and piping isometric drawings. Position will involve development of piping systems, structural steel, concrete foundations, etc.
Experience in performing walk downs and verifications of existing facilities and piping configurations, as well as, developing new piping and equipment arrangements based on existing conditions
Must be proficient in computer-aided drafting (CAD) using AutoCAD/SOLIDWORKS
