This position is assigned to the Motion Department and will be primarily responsible for administrative functionsrelated to the Court's Assigned Appellate Counsel Plan for criminal appeals. Duties will include monitoring and tracking criminalappeals to ensure that recipients of Plan services are appropriately represented and that appeals are perfected in a timelymanner; communicating with and responding to questions from assigned counsel panel members, unrepresented litigants andthe public, and providing resources and assistance; reviewing and processing assigned counsel vouchers, together with anyother duties as assigned by the Plan Administrator, the Chief Motion Attorney or the Clerk of the Court. Position may be eligiblefor 20% remote work as part of a pilot program; eligibility is at the discretion of the Court and the Motion Department and maybe subject to change based upon the needs of the court.Minimum Salary: 99,490
