Maintenance Technician
Seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team!We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual who takes pride in their work and values teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Attention to detail, quality communication skills, and a genuine interest in serving one of our residential communities are critical components of this role.
Preferred skills include, but are not limited to: must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance installation and troubleshooting, painting, landscaping etc. Pay will commensurate with your experience and benefits are offered – Health Insurance, matching 401k, paid holidays and vacation, access to company vehicle, work clothes, and more to help accomplish your daily task.
