This is a remote work opportunity.Responsibilities:

Support project efforts including governance over the quality of implementation runbooks, the migration of code between ServiceNow instances and releases to production for scheduled project go-lives during evening change windows

Partner with the project team in troubleshooting issues in non-Dev instances where an Admin level access is required

Be accountable for the building of mid-servers as needed, to support new integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms as part of projects

Work as part of the broader Admin team; provide day to day technical administration that may include working on platform upgrades/functional updates, analyze log files, configure file changes, update installation and configuration documents, perform validation/testing and perform technical issue/problem resolution as level 3 support

Share an on-call support rotation as part of an operational team responsible for a critical business platform

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent ServiceNow experience with diverse hands-on work experience administering in core platform support and development activities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Certification in ServiceNow system administration is highly desirable; ITIL Foundation certified, or related experience preferred

Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork

Experience managing and mentoring lesser experienced team members, being a positive influence and fostering strong teamwork and collaboration

U.S. Citizenship is required

  • Summary The ACSA position includes litigation support duties, assistance to the Computer Systems Administrator, and user support responsibilities. Responsibilities Litigation support job duties can include, but are not limited to, the following: Apply knowledge of court rules, local practices, and the Federal Criminal and Civil Rules of Procedure in analyzing litigation support requirements. Work with the litigation team to develop and recommend appropriate strategies to meet the litigation needs of each individual case and determine specific requirements for discovery and third-party evidence collection, review, analysis, production, and presentation of case materials. Work closely with the litigation team to understand substantive issues of the case so that the most effective tools can be identified and used. Act as discovery manager to understand the volume, format, and content of discovery being received in order to assist the litigation team in selecting the proper tool to host, review, analyze, and use the discovery material. Identify proper tools for working with ESI and paper documents based on the complexity and the volume of data on a case- by-case basis. Apply knowledge of the various aspects of litigation support dealing with paper and e- paper, including but not limited to, scanning, OCRing, logical unitization, objective coding, document review, load files, and production. Train end users and administrators on the use of litigation support technology including, but not limited to, tools such as Summation, CaseMap, TimeMap, TrialDirector, PowerPoint, ISYS, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Excel, and all other applications that are needed on a case-by-case basis. Keep current on new developments in litigation support technology and recommend additions and modifications to current tools, as necessary. The Assistant CSA also performs tasks or supervises tasks such as the following: Assists in planning and implementing FDO training programs in the areas of computer literacy, use of automated systems, and use of applications software. Answers user questions, traces and identifies sources of processing failures and procedural errors, and provides technical advice. Assists users experiencing difficulties in the use of software and resolves such problems.
