ESSENTIAL TASKS INCLUDE:
Scheduling, hiring, and training of Front of House restaurant staff and banquet personnel
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Maintain the integrity and proper usage of the software tools available specifically Digital Dining and Sales Pro.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards including Restaurant Front of House
Ensure Compliance with Heath Department, Liquor Laws, and all other laws
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Completing and facilitating Monthly and quarterly inventories of Food, beverage and other inventories
Ordering of all Beer Wine & Liquor
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork including attending regular managers meetings
Maintaining proper costs within the budget as determined by management
All other duties as assigned by management
