I am looking for someone with experience that can transition from high speed to slow chatting. That can handle 20 seats at the bar as well as service well in the dining room. Experience in speed, classic and creative cocktails as well as wine and food. Must be available Saturday nights. Must be able to work for a woman and take instruction well. Most of my employees have been with me for years. I am trying to replace myself behind the bar, as the owner I need to transition away from bartending.
