Kitchen Assistant duties
Food preparation
Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and grating fruits and vegetables. They also measure and assemble ingredients for menu items, and prepare food
Inventory management
Stocking and labeling ingredients, and assisting with stock and inventory management.
Collaboration
Working with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure food comes out on time, in high quality, and simultaneously.
Efficiency
Working quickly and efficiently, and having strong time management skills.
must be able to lift at least 35lbs and comfortable loading and unloading an oven
