We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our tight-knit team at Ryan's Wake. You’ll work in a fast-paced, kitchen, cooking, prepping, and working different stations. If you’ve got a passion for good food, a steady hand, and a knack for keeping cool under pressure, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and tools before service.
Keep the line moving—work quickly and efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Pitch in with restocking, and closing duties as needed in our small-team environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
