Looking for part-time Line Cooks, catering and food truck workers for the 2024 season startup around May weather depending we need help during the week and weekends. We are a great team of food freaks looking for someone to share that love with us in house and on the road with us at different events
Detailed Oriented A MUST
Must be able to start at 530 - 6AM for pig roast (sometimes)
Timely and organized are top priority.
This can be a terrific job for someone who can multi-task quickly and efficiently. There are a lot of details that must be met and we love someone who can enthusiastically take on the challenge.
Duties will include:
-Running errands to pick up supplies
- must be able to drive a food truck and be able to drive a truck and a Trailer and be able back up a trailer/
-Delivery and set up of special full service events.
-Production and preparation of food and orders per our specifications and standard.
-work long hours at Fairs and Food truck events
On time is a must. We work hard, we enjoy what we do, and we want you to do the same.
