Hiring Priority: Line Cooks
Who we're looking for: Skilled and passionate Line Cooks with experience working in high-volume kitchens and a focus on maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Applicants must be able to prepare and execute both our Italian-American style Dinner Menu & our fast paced Pub style Bar Menu according to Chef’s recipes and specifications. We expect our Cooks to work efficiently and communicate with an already established culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation of our food, and to be part of positive and collaborative work environment among kitchen staff and other team members. Weekend / Holiday availability a must. Competitive pay based on experience and ability. Opportunities for advancement in-house.
