This is a 12 months contract with possible extension.
We are looking for Healthcare Business Analyst
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Qualifications:
The Program Analyst will work with a small team of peers in the Division of Long-Term Care (DLTC), to ensure DLTC program requirements, regulations and policies are understood, documented and adhered to across the department and affiliated organizations. The analyst may also aid in reviewing use of DLTC systems, ensuring individual and organization compliance with DLTC program policies. The analyst will also be part of the Customer Care Center and provide Level 2 programmatic support to assist Long-Term Care providers.
Provide subject matter expertise on LTC program and policy to internal state stakeholders and external providers and health organizations.
Experience:
Experience in healthcare, Medicaid and Long-term Care required.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communications, strong documentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
