River Ridge Living Center, a skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, New York, is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Available Shifts: (6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a).
RESPONSIBILITIES
LPN Job Duties:
Medication: Administering medication orally or intravenously, as needed.
Wound care: Changing wound dressings and performing primary wound care
Vital signs: Monitoring and recording the patient's vital signs, such as blood pressure
Patient records: Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history, allergens, fluid and food intake, and output
Communication: Communicating changes in patient health or behavior to nurses, doctors, and family members
Must record details of residents, including vitals and temperature
REQUIREMENTS.
Valid LPN license for NYS in good standing
Must work as part of a team
