Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time in person, fully remote or hybrid 1099 role for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), located in New York, with work-from-home flexibility.
We also offer supervision for LMHC’s working towards diagnostic authority
Internships also available begining in June 2026!
Overview
Seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC) to join a supportive and growing group practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing mental health services and support to individuals, couples and families depending on their desired client base. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and improve quality of life.
About the Position
This position is flexible, allowing you to create your own schedule whether it is full time, part time, in person, remote or hybrid. We will help you grow your caseload while also allowing you to bring existing clients with you.
You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, providing therapy in a warm, collaborative environment that values professional growth, autonomy, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
-Provide therapy to clients in-person and/or via Telehealth
-Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing supervision as desired
-Uphold ethical standards of practice
Qualifications
-Active NYS license (LMHC)
-Strong clinical skills and commitment to client-centered care
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
