Weekend overnight help to care for a woman in her 70's. She is in a wheelchair and has no use at all of her legs. She does not like the Hoyer lift, so she needs to be lifted using the "bear hug" method to transfer. Hours are 8:30 Sat night until 8:30 Sunday morning and 8:30 Sunday night until 8:30 Sunday morning.
Scope of the work is to put her on the toilet at 8:30 when you arrive, when she is done clean her up, undress her and put her to bed. Reverse in the morning. She will need to be adjusted a few times during the night. There is a spare bedroom where you can sleep as long as you hear her when she calls.
Monday morning you would need to get her breakfast before you leave but no other cooking is required.

To make the lift and get her into her chair comfortably we have found that you need to be at least 5'-4" tall.
This is a 12hour shift so we pay straight time for the first 8 and time and 1/2 for the last 4 hours each day.
