Person should have experience in lawn care, flower planting, weeding, mulching, trimming/pruning. Must have working knowledge operating mowers, trimmers, tillers as well as use of hand tools. Work includes leaf, small tree and brush removal, lawn raking, thatch removal and aerating with power equipment. Painting and pressure washing will also be required. Must have reliable transportation. Position is part time with minimum 4 hour per day 5 days per week. No smoking, vaping , cell phone use permitted during work. More work hours may be available and starting rate of $20/hr may be increased depending on experience and satisfactory performance. Must live within 15 miles of Chatham Village.
