Looking for experienced renovation workers or small crews to help complete a duplex renovation project in Troy, NY.
Work includes a mix of general renovation and finishing tasks — drywall, flooring, painting, trim, doors, and light plumbing fixture installation.
You don’t need to cover every trade — if you specialize in one or two areas, that’s fine. I’ll be hiring based on skill and availability.
Requirements:
Must have prior renovation or construction experience
Must have your own basic tools and transportation
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Materials will be provided – this is labor only
