Looking for a hard worker with valid drivers license and own car, not one you share with you girlfriend/ wife/parent. Must have tool belt with 2 bags and basic tools , hammer , square, tape measure 25 ft or larger, chalk box. MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE and not be afraid of heights. Have to be capable of lifting at least 40 lbs and must be OK with working outside year round in all weather conditions, we frame houses mostly some decks and additions will train the right person. We are a small company with steady work with multiple builders we strive for quality work . Base pay starts at 13 room to make more depending on how much you learn and how fast, will teach the trade as you go along. We do not put up with being frequently late we start at 6:45 to 3:15, 30 min. paid lunch some days are longer we expect you to be there with tools at 6:45 not in your car. No smoking on job site or during work it's not tolerated, must be sober when at work show up drunk or high you will be terminated. Looking to start someone asap. Not looking for the i have 20 years experience then find out you cant do basic framing fundamentals, we will start at a base pay if you show you really know whats going on within reason then pay can be discussed. I stress we need a dependable person we can count on to be there to help us meet our deadlines within a reasonable time frame. We do require you wear safety glasses tinted or clear (will provide glasses) and steel toe boots or shoes. we strive for a safe working environment and work hard to ensure that our employees are working safely as well as smart.
