Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to lift, push, carry at least 50 pounds
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a Team
Available to work Monday-Friday 7am-6pm (as needed) and weekends (occasionally as needed due to work volume or inclement weather)

Skills Preferred (not necessarily required):
Prior professional landscaping experience (with a company, not side work)
Hardscape experience
Mowing experience
Plant identification/knowledge
Ability to read landscape design plans
Leadership/management experience
Customer service experience
Truck and trailer operation (including backing up)
Experience with equipment (skidsteers, excavators, etc)

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
Lead gardening and horticulture efforts, ensuring adherence to design plans.
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Communicating with team members and clients on project sites.
Tracking project times and materials using company provided applications.
Taking part in weekly company meetings.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
