Hello. My name is Chris, I am the owner of Pavilion Landscape Management. We’ve been in business since 2010 and are looking for a responsible, professional individual to take a leadership role in the field.
Compensation for this position will be anywheres from $20-30/hr plus various benefits will be available like paid vacation, weekly performance bonuses, insurance, retirement, etc. This will depending upon however many levels of responsibilities you are able to successfully handle throughout the day to day operations.
Some of the tasks we are most particularly looking to fill would be finding an individual who can do the following:
- Prune/mulch efficiently and correctly
- Mow, trim, and blow off properties without destroying property
- Operate safely a full setup of a truck and trailer
- Help maintain equipment by assisting in washing and cleaning their equipment on a regular basis
Some qualifications we are looking for would be:
- Must have valid drivers
- Is able to work together with others well, or alone.
- Individuals who can help create and maintain a positive work environment throughout the week
- Someone who is motivated and a self starter
- Has critical thinking skills who can process problems on the fly, can follow instructions, and execute a plan correctly.
- Who appreciates working with an employer who cares about the success for not just the company, but for everyone involved who help make this venture a continued long standing successful business.
- Who understands and appreciates that hitting daily/weekly performance goals leads to daily/weekly performance bonuses.
