Job Description:
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our landscaping and maintenance team. This role involves outdoor work including lawn care, trimming, planting, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and basic property maintenance. Ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being outside.
Responsibilities:
Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain flower beds
Perform seasonal tasks like leaf removal and snow clearing (if applicable)
Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, tractor, machinery, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Assist with planting, mulching, and basic landscaping tasks
Follow direction and work efficiently, alone or with a team
Requirements:
Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
