Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and snow plowing, ensuring that our clients' properties remain pristine throughout the year.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Assist in snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
Engage in tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
Build and maintain landscape features including flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other plants as needed.
Irrigate landscapes by setting up and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with snow plowing techniques is a plus.
Basic knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning is beneficial.
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
