Seeking maintenance person for property management company.
Ideal hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility available)
Part-time can also work if it is consistent.
Starting pay: $25/hour (40 hours/week) plus $100 time/travel per week
Qualifications:
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must own basic tools (drill, hammer, etc)
-Must complete background check (happy to discuss our criteria)
Examples of tasks:
-Change locks
-Drill out locks (will supply bits)
-Light cleaning at properties (remove debris, remove items from common areas)
-Pick up materials
-Hang blinds
-Touch up paint
-Occasional weeding and trimming bushes
-Drop off mice traps and bait stations as needed
-Make and organize keys
-Change light bulbs
-Replace ceiling tiles
We have a tremendous amount of work and we continue to take on more, so there is room to grow into other positions.
