This position is for a part-time maintenance technician to work inside and outside the building during regular working hours. Applicants are expected to clean all facilities and be handy to patch walls, fix fences, rake leaves, mow lawn, shovel snow when needed.
Hours of operation are 8-4:30 M-F and employee will be able to work 20-24 hours in that timeframe. There are no benefits with this part-time position but if full-time opens we will hire from within.
