Morning hours with very flexible schedule. Employee can make their own schedule but mornings would be the most helpful

10 hours per week to start. Hours could grow into more if the employee wants more hours

TJB Sunshine is a unique specialty cleaning company for retail stores. We provide a wide range of cleaning services. Currently we service most of the state of New York and have employees across the state. We are based in the capital district with over 30 years experience.
Job description
To help the owner of the company with day to day operations of the company
This would include
Working occasionally side by side with the owner on whatever needs to be done
Making business phone calls or texts
Meeting with customers which typically are store managers or upper management
Helping with account development. It's not a sales position but more about letting potential customers know who we are.
This would typically be dropping off business cards or brochures etc.
Running errands
Ie delivering supplies to employees
Taking pics of stores
Resolving issues with customers. Our customers love us and if there is an issue we handle it quickly and this means we may occasionally need to roll our sleeves up and take care of what needs to be done. This may include a small amount of physical work but nothing strenuous.
Customer relation work. This would be calling on established accounts as a courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred applicant
Will have professional outgoing positive attitude with good energy level.
Ability to follow directions and retain information
Have good organizational skills
Be level headed. Everyone in our company is polite with good manners
Be a good communicator both with our customers and other company employees
Being honest even when it's not in your best interest.
Our company has grown to be one of the largest of our type in NY with over 30 years experience. Our average employee has over 10 years working for us. Our customers trust and appreciate us. Truthfully we just don't accept rude customers.
