Great Pay Must be motivated and willing to work in turning over apts. Painting, cleaning, minor repairs, electric, plumbing and grounds. Full time/ part time work. Clean valid drivers license and must have own transportation. Mileage reimbursement while doing the job. Some weekend work is required.
