Residential Roofing Laborer – $22+/hr based on experience – Family-Owned Company
Phelps Brothers Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Roofing Laborer to join our team. We’re a family-owned and operated company with over 45 years of experience serving the Capital District. In this role, you’ll work with a professional crew to complete small residential roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction while upholding our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time at our shop (1222 Route 9, Castleton-on-Hudson) before heading to job sites
- Assist with complete installation of residential roofing systems with our crew through all steps of the project.
- Complete roofing repairs as needed with our crew
- Treat homeowners and their property with courtesy and care
- Maintain a clean, damage-free worksite
- Uphold company values throughout each project
- Operate a company vehicle when needed
Qualifications:
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Tool belt with basic hand tools required
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 75+ lbs
- Motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented
