About the Role:
We are a growing property management company looking for Maintenance Technicians and various subcontractors to join our team. We have TONS of work.
Requirements:
-Must pass a background check (no history of theft, fraud, or intentional harm to property or others).
-Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and the office.
-Ability to submit photos, work updates, and invoices on a work order app.
-Insured subcontractors preferred (or those willing to get insured)
