Looking for a Per diem attorney for witness refinance signings in and around Albany County and surrounding counties. Must be an attorney in current good standing with NYS Bar. Must be a Notary with current NYS notary license. Must have nice demeanor, great attitude, a car, laptop, printer/scanner. Flex hours. Closings take less then an hour (I have done them in about 20 minutes). Pay is $125-$150 per closing. Perfect for part time attorney looking to add some outside volume to their law practice, stay at home mom, retired attorney, or newly admitted. No prior real estate attorney experience required.
