Inova is an innovative company that manufactures space-saving, multifunctional furniture, and we are growing fast! Our manufacturing facility in Guilderland Center, NY has doubled in size in the past year.
We need employees that are dependable, have great work ethics, display outstanding teamwork, and aim for continuous improvement. We practice a lean culture at Inova; our goal is zero defects and no customer complaints.
We are looking for someone to join our growing team to work primarily in the sub-assembly and packaging areas. All employees work in other parts of the manufacturing process, so there is also the opportunity to be trained in the wood finishing area as well as on our computer controlled panel saw, edgebander, and CNC machining center.
Millwork, finish carpentry, or stain and spray finishing experience is a big plus. Computer skills would also enhance opportunities for cross training.
Opportunities are great at Inova. Some of our employees have traveled to Florida, Washington state, Quebec, and Alaska to install our products. Some have traveled to Japan to further their lean education and then share their new-found knowledge with their coworkers.
