Are you seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for dedicated Production Associates to join their team in Guilderland and Clifton Park, NY. Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
Operate production machinery and equipment according to company standards.
Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and attention to detail.
Follow established safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications for the Production Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Must have reliable private transportation to commute to the work location.
