The Warehouse Associate is responsible for: loading and unloading product and lumber, pulling kits for upcoming builds which requires knowledge of basic building practices, and assisting with inventory and ensuring completeness of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities: (Other duties as assigned)
Load and unload product using a forklift or other equipment.
Assist with inventory, schedules, adjustments, and tracking.
Cut and prepare lumber using power tools such as; circular saw and chop saw for upcoming builds.
Pulling orders and lumber for upcoming builds.
Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in written formats.
Pulling orders for upcoming builds.
Keeps warehouse and yard area clean and organized.
Painting kits in shop as required
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse responsibilities such as: loading and unload product using a forklift
Familiarity with construction and/or building materials (Knowledge of the construction industry or installed services is preferred)
Inventory Control
Valid drivers' license

Work Environment:
Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds and greater.
