Administrative Assistant needed for an ecommerce company. Assisting with various projects and handling of documentation.
Responsibilities:
⢠Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
⢠Sending out and receiving mail and packages
⢠Some customer service, phone management
⢠Managing documents and files
⢠Sending and receiving documents for the company
⢠Assisting in a various daily operations
⢠Operating a range of office machines such as a photocopier and computers
⢠Greeting guest and visitors, when needed
Skills:
⢠At least 2 years of office admin support experience
⢠Strong work ethic and organizational skills
⢠QuickBooks experience a plus
⢠Microsoft outlook for email, word and excel, PowerPoint
