Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Administrator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department

Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked

Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments

Performing data entry and updating databases with accurate information

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintaining office filing systems, both electronic and physical

Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations

Supporting the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records

Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
