Parasailing Adventures, located in the village of Lake George is looking to fill a outdoor assistant booth manager position.
Applicant must be cheerful, positive, and have an extremely strong work ethic with the willingness to put in long hours in a short but intense summer vacation window (Memorial Day through Labor Day). We are looking for a well-rounded applicant that is able to multi-task while managing sales booth personal while selling parasailing rides. This employee must take pride in our parasailing operation, and be willing to go the extra mile for the company with a smile on their face, while maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level. The job includes answering phones, taking reservations, checking in customers, collecting payment and minimal bookkeeping, end of day receipt reconciliation, while managing the sales staff. This is a full time 6 day a week job.
Ideal candidates will have related experience, however, we are willing to train the right person. We are interested in hearing from aspiring, as well as experienced sales or office personal. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that wants to get into the retail and/or sales business. This requires proficiency in math along with the ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will need experience with social media and internet advertising. You must be professional and have excellent people skills, and enjoy working outdoors. You will be responsible for the initial summer set up. This will include a social media blitz early on as well as early advertising. This position is available full time.
