We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team, we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidate must be able to work alternate weekends (will have a day off during week) and have a vehicle to use on property (gas allowance provided). Job duties include showing available properties to potential tenants, assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing, preparation of leasing documents, assisting current tenants with work order concerns promptly and professionally and collaborate with property management to ensure the property is well maintained. Must be punctual and dependable. Paid sick time, vacation time, health insurance and aflac available after probationary period.
