Office Administrator – Primary Point of Contact & Data Coordinator

Sage Properties is hiring an in-office administrator to support our work in property management and construction. You will be the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and internal teams. You don’t need polished customer service skills — what matters is clear communication, accuracy, and reliable follow-through.

This is a steady role with excellent growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming calls and emails with clear, direct communication.

Enter and log rent checks, leases, documents, and updates accurately.

Keep digital files organized and ensure all information is captured correctly.

Track follow-up items so nothing slips through.

Support daily operations across the company.

Work with the owner on high-priority tasks and process improvements.

What You Need

Strong attention to detail.

Clear and straightforward communication.

Consistent follow-through.

Basic computer skills — email, online portals, digital files. (All required software can be trained.)

Ability to stay organized and focused.

Schedule & Work Environment

In-person role in Rensselaer, NY.

Schedule can be flexible during business hours (consistent, but can be set by team member; time off for life events/unexpected situations is a benefit of the role

Full-time preferred; part-time considered for someone efficient.
