Job Duties:
Provide Administrative support to Asst. Vice President & Director of OCSD
Maintain & update Minority & Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) & Service-Disabled Veteran –Owned Businesses (SDVOB) & databases
Support data collection & analysis for preparation of reports & presentations
Research & prepare lists of qualified MWBE & SDVOBs for procurement
Work with Compliance Managers to ensure that data in tracking systems & databases is accurate
Assist with preparation of quarterly reports including waivers & discretionary spending
Monitor email inbox and respond to vendors, community partners & internal departments
Requirements:
High School diploma
2+ years administrative support and/or project coordination experience – preferably in government, non-profit, construction-related, or supplier diversity programs
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – written & oral
Computer proficiency – esp. M.S. Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
