We're are a leading residential roofing, siding and window installation contractor in the Greater Albany, NY region. We are currently looking for a couple part time individuals to add to our office team.
Position: Office/Customer Service

Coverage needed
Week nights 4-8
Saturday: 10-6
Sunday: To be determined
Flexibility regarding available days is highly preferred!
This is part time, but there will be opportunities to work an additional day or two when needed to get some extra hours.
Job Location: Latham/Cohoes, NY
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Your primary responsibility will be handling incoming and outgoing calls and filtering them appropriately
Make outgoing calls to schedule new interested customers we receive through online platforms (i.e. Home Advisor)
Follow up with customers on estimates given to them
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with estimators.
Perform various office duties including printing/putting together and mailing out contracts, customer packets and promotional material.
Requires strong written and verbal communication.
Must be able to multitask and problem solve in an efficient manner.
Must be proficient in basic computer knowledge, and have good communication skills - including good grammar.
