Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
Educate consumers about different cannabis products, their uses, and effects.
Conduct sales transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with state and local laws.
Display products attractively.
Process customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Continuously expand your knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate POS systems, preferably the Dutchie POS system.
Knowledgeable about cannabis strains, products, and related health benefits.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Trustworthy and attentive to detail, with an ability to multitask.
