We’re growing and looking to add a motivated, customer-focused Parts/Service Counter Representative to our team! If you’re someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts orders and service-related questions
Create work orders and accurately document service requests
Order and receive parts from vendors, ensuring timely delivery
Maintain parts inventory and stock organization
Work closely with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow in the shop
Help with minor equipment intake and diagnostics as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a service or parts counter role preferred (equipment, automotive, or similar industries)
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Knowledge of small engines, outdoor power equipment, or construction equipment is a plus
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
