Overview
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing
team. This role focuses primarily on selling residential exterior home improvement services including
windows, doors, and roofing. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, customer-focused, and driven
to close deals while providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to present and sell window, door, and roofing solutions.
Conduct in-home consultations, take accurate measurements, and assess customer needs.
Educate customers on products, installation process, and financing options.
Provide solutions not only for windows, doors, and roofing, but also at times for other home renovation
projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and additional home improvement needs.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present estimates and proposals clearly and professionally.
Follow up on leads and manage assigned appointments.
Communicate effectively with installation teams and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.
Represent Next Level Contractors professionally at all times.
Experience:
SALES EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
WINDOW, DOOR, AND ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for appointments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
