We are a small commerce website seeking a technical assistant.
Must be able to handle Word Press, Woocommerce and basic HTML; and know your way around the admin panel of basic web hosting; and understand email clients such as Octopus.
This person is our hands-on technical person who will help our clients with problems with their subscriptions that customer service cannot sort out. So you would therefore need to be friendly and collaborative and good at passing on your basic skills
This is contract work that will require some attention on weekends (but usually not much). Ideal situation for a retired person who has solid experience or runs a website building service on the side.
Can be done remotely if you can get yourself to Coxackie for an interview and occasional meeting.
