Our company is looking for a contractor/handyman to work with us as a 1099 vender. This will include receiving work orders though a free app which we can assist with setting you up.
The app will allow you to schedule the work orders that get assigned and upload a bill as well.
This is a contracted agreement and pay may vary based on expectance.
Location of services include Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Mechanicville, Amsterdam
Requirements are.
-knowledge of general handyman repairs
-plumbing and electrical knowledge
-emergency availability
-Scheduling and communication with head of maintenance and tenants is a must.
-Being prompted as well as provide own tools
-Out of pocket expenses only for small repairs. large repairs phone sales are provided.
-Weekly payouts from work done
-Updating work orders in the app
